Blanca Lake, North of Index, WA
October 13,14 2006 - One of the last fall weekends with perfect weather, the woods were on fire with the red, yellow, and gold colors of blue berries, maple, and grasses. This was my first time to Blanca lake and it was breathtaking, the color of the water in the morning sunlight is unreal. I slept under the stars with the sound of a glacier fed waterfall in the background and rested my spirit.
